Etc. Twin Sling (see these features, right click to open in a new window)
This sling can be worn like the Etc. Sling but its tails are wider to accommodate wearing a child in each tail.  It can be used for either one or two children at a time and is similar to wearing two slings. Tails are sewn in a pouch style to make it easier to get children secure.  "Stretchy" fabrics are not recommended.  It now comes with the Perfect Pocket (half open pocket, half zipper pocket), toy loops and different stitches on each rail so that you can easily tell where to tighten. Includes written and video instructions until they are able to be viewed online (see Sling Instruction Videos).

You may choose to add extra tail length to have enough to bring the tails around to the front to tie around the babies.  This offers more support to your back as babies get heavy but does add extra length to have to deal with when not tied.

Toy loops allow you to hook toys on the sling to keep babies happy (and prevent having to pick toys up off the floor when they get into the 'cause and effect' stage). It is not recommended to purchase the zipper pocket feature as it takes two hands to open and would be more difficult for mom to get her belongings.
